A convincing website is not a factory. Before you send a deposit, we check the company is registered, solvent, and physically capable of making what you ordered - in person, on the floor.

If a supplier fails our strict 7-point audit (e.g. failing quality controls, falsified credentials, or severe capacity deficits), we immediately disqualify them, document all non-conformances in the audit report, and activate the pre-screened secondary candidate from our sourcing matrix at no additional fee.
