Customised Procurement & OEM / ODM Manufacturing

Manufacturing Precision Custom Components to Exact Engineering Blueprints

Strategic Service Scope

What Custom OEM Manufacturing Covers

Send us the drawing. We find a factory that can genuinely hold the tolerance, prove it with a sample you sign off, then audit every batch against that sample.

Custom work fails in ways catalogue buying never does. A first sample comes back perfect and the bulk run does not match it, because the factory quietly subcontracted a process or a tool wore out. Tolerances drift across a long run. A finish that looked right under factory lighting does not match on site. And tooling you paid for turns up in somebody else's catalogue. We manage that sequence deliberately. First a design-for-manufacture review, because the cheapest time to find a problem in a drawing is before any steel is cut. Then tooling and a prototype, measured against your drawing rather than described in an email. You sign off a golden sample and it is sealed and retained by both sides, so every later batch is compared to a physical reference instead of an opinion. Tooling ownership and IP terms go in the contract at the start, not after a dispute.

Where Custom Manufacturing Goes Wrong

Custom work fails in ways catalogue buying never does: tolerances that drift across a production run, tooling that reappears in a competitor's catalogue, and finishes that do not match the approved sample.

Dimensional Tolerance Drift

Overseas fabricators delivering parts with ±0.5mm deviations instead of required ±0.02mm, causing total assembly failures on site.

Tooling & Intellectual Property Theft

Unscrupulous factories using your custom injection molds or dies to manufacture counterfeit products for unauthorized third parties.

Extended Prototyping Delays

Back-and-forth sample iterations dragging on for 6 to 9 months due to language barriers and poor engineering communication.

Finish & Surface Treatment Inconsistencies

Anodizing, powder coating, or chrome plating failing salt-spray tests or peeling after exposure to harsh GCC climate conditions.

Engineered Solutions

From Blueprint to Production Run

Design-for-manufacture review, tooling and prototype, a signed golden sample, then every batch audited against it.

01

CAD/CAM Blueprint & DFM Review

We evaluate your engineering 2D/3D drawings, Bill of Materials, and surface treatment requirements for Design for Manufacturability (DFM).

02

Precision Tooling & Prototype Fabrication

The selected factory fabricates master molds or CNC pilot batches, followed by rigorous dimensional inspection in our partner laboratory.

03

Golden Sample Sign-Off & Mass Production

Upon client physical review and sign-off on the 'Golden Sample', automated mass production commences under strict statistical process control.

04

Batch Quality Audit & Custom Packaging

We inspect bulk production batches, apply branded private labeling and export packaging, and arrange protective container shipment.

Technical FAQ

Customised Procurement Questions & Answers

Who owns the tooling, how your IP is protected, minimum production batches, and realistic prototype timelines.

Who owns the molds, dies, and tooling created for custom production?

You do. Under our commercial contract, our client retains 100% legal ownership of all custom tooling, dies, and injection molds paid for during development. Tooling is uniquely serialized, legally protected against third-party unauthorized use, and can be retrieved or transferred upon request.

What file formats do you accept for custom manufacturing requests?

We accept all standard industry CAD/CAM formats, including STEP (.stp), IGES (.igs), SolidWorks (.sldprt), AutoCAD (.dwg, .dxf), and detailed PDF engineering drawings complete with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

Can you produce custom architectural finishes suitable for the Dubai climate?

Yes. For exterior architectural facades, metal cladding, and luxury estate hardware, we specify high-performance finishes tested for extreme GCC desert environments, including Qualicoat Class 2 powder coating, 25-micron architectural anodizing, and marine-grade 316 stainless steel treatments.

What is the typical lead time for tooling and first sample delivery?

Standard CNC prototypes are delivered within 7 to 10 days. For custom injection molds or casting tooling, initial tooling fabrication and first article Golden Samples typically require 21 to 35 days depending on part complexity.
